We start with an initial assessment to understand your starting point, goals, injury history, routine, schedule, and the equipment you have available, whether at home, outdoors, or in the gym.

Based on that, you receive a personalised training plan, with progression and a focus on strength, mobility, and movement, for real and sustainable results. You train at your own pace and, whenever you have questions, you send videos of key exercises. I review your technique, correct what's needed, and adjust the plan with you on a call, so you progress safely and consistently, not by "guessing".

There are regular check-ins with simple metrics, weight and mobility, so you can see real progress and stay on track.

And most importantly, you always speak directly with me. I build the plan, I coach you, I reply. No third parties, no copied messages, no hidden team. Your progress is followed closely, from start to finish.

    1. Is online coaching right for me?

    Yes, if you want structure, consistency, and correction. It works very well for beginners and intermediates, and also for advanced clients who need a plan with progression and technical feedback.

    2. Do I need to train in a gym?

    No. You can train at home, outdoors, or in the gym. I adapt the plan to your context and the equipment you have available.

    3. How does it work in practice?

    We start with an initial assessment and goal setting. You receive a plan built around you, you train, and you send videos of key exercises. I review, correct, and adjust with you on a call when needed.

    4. Do I speak to you or to a team?

    You always speak to me. I build the plan, I coach you, I reply, and I adjust. There are no third parties working in my name.

    5. How often do you adjust the plan?

    It depends on the plan and your progress, but the goal is simple: adjust when it makes sense so you keep progressing, without getting stuck or overdoing it.

    6. What do I need to get started?

    The willingness to make it happen. If you have equipment, great. If you don't, that's fine too. In the initial assessment I'll understand your starting point, the time you have available, and any limitations, and we build everything from there.

    7. What if I have pain or injuries?

    Tell me straight away in the initial assessment and throughout the process. I adjust exercises, volume, and progressions so you train safely. If it's something clinical, I recommend an assessment with a healthcare professional.

    8. How long does it take to see results?

    It depends on your starting point and consistency. Usually you'll notice improvements in energy, mobility, and control in the first few weeks. More visible and consistent results tend to show up after 8 to 12 weeks of solid work.

    9. Does it include a meal plan?

    I'm a Personal Trainer, not a nutritionist. I give basic, practical guidance, but for detailed meal plans and clinical follow-up, I refer you to a nutritionist. That's also why the partnership with Nutrição Sem Restrição exists.

    10. Is the training plan alone enough to reach my goals?

    Training is the foundation, but it won't work miracles on its own. If nutrition, sleep, stress, or clinical conditions aren't under control, progress slows down. I give you simple, realistic guidance, and for clinical nutrition or a full meal plan, I refer you to nutrition professionals.

    If you have a health condition that can affect weight, appetite, fatigue, or recovery, that needs to be considered from the start. In those cases, we adjust the coaching and, when needed, work alongside healthcare professionals.

    11. How do I start and how do payments work?

    You get in touch with me, I confirm availability, we do the initial assessment, and you choose your plan. Payments are monthly, and everything is aligned before you start.
