About me
I'm Paulo Chadeca, an IPDJ certified Personal Trainer and an Animal Flow Instructor.
My mission is simple: help you train with a method, build strength and mobility, and develop a body that's ready for real life.
I work a lot with bodyweight, calisthenics, and movement, but I also adapt to weights and machines when they make sense. The goal isn't to train to look good, it's to train well, with technique, consistency, and safety.
I believe physical health is the foundation for more stable mental health, more calm, more confidence, and more independence in everyday life.

Where I come from, and why this is so personal
I grew up in Chelas, in a tough neighbourhood . A place where it was easy to lose your way and where, many times, discipline, structure, and direction were missing. I saw up close what happens when your mind starts carrying more than your body can handle.
Sport came into my life like an anchor. First as an escape, then as a routine, and finally as transformation.
Training taught me one of the biggest truths: consistency beats motivation. And when you start keeping promises to yourself, your mind changes. Anxiety drops, your head calms down, and you start to feel in control again.
What sport means to me
For me, training was never just about aesthetics. It's physical health, yes, but it's also mental health.
It's peace, focus, and dopamine used the right way. It's a safe place where you get stronger on the outside and, without even realising it, on the inside too.
It's building a body that serves you, and a mind that can handle life.
Why I decided to become a Personal Trainer
I wanted to become a PT because I know what it feels like to hit rock bottom and have to rebuild everything with your own hands.
And because I genuinely believe this: some people don't need more information, they need someone present, to guide them, correct them, coach them, and not let them quit at the first obstacle.
I don't work with magic formulas or generic plans. I work with method, progression, and what is sustainable in your life.
How I work
I work with people who want real results, with method and consistency, whether they train at home, outdoors, or in the gym. I use a lot of bodyweight, calisthenics, and movement, but I also include weights and machines when they make sense for your goal and your context.
The goal is a body that's ready for real life: mobility, strength, flexibility, control, and confidence, now and in the future.
With online coaching, you send videos of key exercises, I review your technique, and we adjust the plan together on a call. You progress with safety and structure, not "winging it".
And in person, when it makes sense, the work is even more direct: detail-focused coaching, the right pace, and training built around you.
An important note
I'm a Personal Trainer, not a nutritionist. I give basic, practical guidance, but for detailed meal plans and clinical follow-up, I refer you to a nutritionist.
Each professional in their own field.
If you want to start with serious coaching, online is the best place to begin.
