Starting to train with Paulo was a breath of fresh air. I'd been training for about two years, but I hadn't had any coaching for a few months and I felt like the workouts I was doing at home weren't pushing me, and I wasn't seeing results anymore. Since I started working with Paulo, I've noticed my body feels more worked, and I feel like the sessions are challenging again.

I truly feel I've made great progress, and his coaching has been key to keeping me motivated and sticking to my commitment. He's always available, explains everything really clearly, and shares videos to help with the exercises, and he corrects us whenever needed.

Training with Paulo is simple and straightforward. Lack of time, equipment, or location doesn't matter. The workouts are adapted to our day-to-day life, our goals, and what we enjoy. I hired Paulo at a time when I needed motivation to bring exercise into my daily routine, and also specific exercises to strengthen the muscles I use in my day-to-day work, which involves lifting weights. Paulo listened carefully, and the training was built around that.

I asked for short sessions so I could train daily, and that's exactly what he did. I can say I managed to bring training back into my daily routine.

Paulo is very empathetic, and when I had tendonitis, he adapted my workouts so I didn't have to stop training because of my health issue.

I started coaching with Paulo about 4 months ago.

I'm really happy with the results I've achieved so far, but most of all with his availability and willingness to find solutions so we don't give up.

Paulo always tries to adapt the workouts to our day-to-day life so that our routine and work don't get in the way of our commitment. I work from home and, even though I'm at home, it was hard for me to "give up" the time to train. There's always something to do, a baby to look after, and workouts would end up being "second priority".

So when I spoke to Paulo, he suggested some family challenges, and for me they were the best. I get family time and, together, we play, "compete", and do all of it while exercising.
